Lean is the elimination of waste so that all remaining steps in a process add value from the customer’s perspective. Lean is neither a fad, nor a project, and is more than just inventory management; it is a long-term commitment to continually reduce waste through the application of Lean principles.
Although the roots of Lean come from manufacturing, the Lean Principles can be applied to any process. Non-manufacturing industries that have successfully applied the principles of Lean include Healthcare, Food Processing, Restaurants, Banking, and many others.

For organizations that require more long-term assistance than our Workshop Solutions provide, we also offer Lean implementation support. One of our expert Lean facilitators will assist your organization on its Lean journey and will work with you on a full-time basis.
Our Lean expert will lead your team through several implementation exercises and then mentor them as they lead their own activities, either in Lean manufacturing, Lean Product Development, or Lean Project Management. We will also mentor your management team on how to lead a Lean transformation, including what questions to ask, and which behaviors to avoid!

Our Lean Workshop Solutions use classroom training to impart the principles of Lean to your staff. This training is then reinforced using realistic case studies. Workshop participants are given a project to complete within your organization and guided by an expert trainer. Thus, you see immediate results from the training, which quickly pays for itself.
After the workshop is over, participants are able to reapply these principles and techniques without further consultation. Typically some follow-up day is recommended to assess the work done following the workshop. However, our goal at Lean Solutions Limited is to transfer our knowledge to your team.
