Our Workshop Solutions use classroom training to impart the principles of Lean to your staff. This training is reinforced using realistic case studies. Workshop participants are then given a project to complete within your organization and guided by an expert trainer. Thus, you see immediate results from the training, which quickly pays for itself. After the workshop is over, participants are able to reapply these principles and techniques without further consultation. Typically one or two follow-up days are required to assess the work done following the workshop. Occasionally, some organizations prefer a second workshop to reinforce the training.
