Our Philosophy
Lean Solutions Limited is
not a traditional consulting firm; that is we do not
borrow your watch to tell you the time and then keep
the watch! Instead we teach your organization techniques
to improve your processes, and when we leave, those
techniques are yours. Although we safeguard our workshop
materials from our competition, we do not safeguard
them from our clients.
With our Workshop Solutions we
do not hold back information in the hopes of securing
an extended contract. Our goal is to provide your
team with as much information as possible at one time,
and to assist them in implementing Lean principles
to ensure they will not require our assistance in
the future. That is why we always teach the theory
before we apply the principles. We hope to secure
more work when your organization is ready to take
your Lean journey to the next step.
For those companies that want more hands-on assistance
than our workshops deliver, we offer Implementation
Solutions. While working full-time with your
team, our objective is not just to implement Lean
throughout your organization, but also to mentor your
team to teach them to lead the Lean transformation
themselves.
