Although our Lean facilitator's main goal will be the implementation of the Lean Principles within your organization, they will not do so using a "black box" method. All of the techniques and tools employed will be taught to your team, so that they may learn to apply these tools themselves. Our facilitators will also teach your team where each tool best applies, and how they fit with your organization's overall strategy. Thus the goal is for your employees to become experts on Lean and retain this knowledge long after our involvement is over.

With On-Site Lean Implementation, our Lean facilitator will lead your team through Value Stream Mapping to develop an Implementation Plan for your value stream. They will then use this plan to help your team transform your organization through the elimination of waste.

Alternatively, have one of our experts lead your team through a Lean Product Development cycle to take one of your products from concept to launch in a fraction of the time. We will also focus your teams' efforts on reducing the cost of manufacture and improving the value of the product from your customers' perspective.

If you do not have a product in development that you would like managed, but have a different project in need of assistance, consider our Lean Project Management solution. One of our expert Project Managers will lead your team in the successful execution of a project. Using similar tools as the Lean Product Development solution, our facilitator will demonstrate to your team how to deliver a project on time and on budget.

During their engagement, our expert facilitators may identify a need within your organization. At your discretion, they will teach your team a new tool to aid them in the resolution of a problem. This way, you need not learn all the tools in the Lean toolbox, but rather only those that apply specifically to the situations your organization faces.
