Our Lean expert will lead your team through several implementation exercises and then mentor them as they lead their own activities. They will also mentor your management team on how to lead a Lean transformation, including what questions to ask, and which behaviors to avoid!

Although our Lean facilitator's main goal will be the implementation of the Lean Principles within your organization, they will not do so using a "black box" method. All of the techniques and tools employed will be taught to your team, so that they may learn to apply these tools themselves. Our facilitators will also teach your team where each tool best applies, and how they fit with your value stream's Implementation Plan. Thus the goal is for your employees to become experts on Lean and retain this knowledge long after our involvement is over.

During their engagement, our expert facilitators may identify a need within your organization. At your discretion, they will teach your team a new tool to aid them in the resolution of a problem. This way, you need not learn all the tools in the Lean toolbox, but rather only those that apply specifically to the situations your organization faces.
