Our Lean Project Management expert will lead your team through several exercises and mentor them as they lead their own activities. They will also mentor your management team on how to lead a Lean Project, including what questions to ask, and which behaviors to avoid!

Although our facilitator's main goal will be the completion of the project on time and on budget, they will not do so using a "black box" method. All of the techniques and tools employed will be taught to your team, so that they may later apply these tools themselves. Our facilitators will also teach your team where each tool best applies, and how they fit with the project timeline. Thus the goal is for your employees to become expert Lean Project Managers and retain this knowledge long after our involvement is over.

During their engagement, our expert facilitators may identify a need within your organization. At your discretion, they will teach your team an appropriate tool to aid them in the resolution of a problem. This way, you need not learn all the tools in the Lean Project Manager's toolbox, but rather only those that apply specifically to the situations your organization faces. The prices for all of our Implementation Solutions vary depending upon the length of the engagement, and the experience of the facilitator:

	More than 4 weeks	$1350-1800 / day

Any Workshop Solutions taught by our expert facilitator will be priced normally, with a 10% discount. Of course, all workshops will only be conducted with the approval of the host organization.
