In order for a Lean implementation to be successful, Senior Management must embrace this improvement philosophy. However, before management can properly support a Lean strategy, they must first understand Lean and the role they must play.
This three-day workshop is actually an amalgamation of three other workshops:
This workshop is ideal for all managers and leaders within the organization. Participants will learn what Lean can do for the company and how their role must evolve to enable success and assist in the cultural change that will be necessary to support a Lean strategy.
Workshop participants will learn to see waste within their organization that was previously overlooked. Managers will be ready to properly support their organization’s Lean implementation, fully aware of their roles as change enablers and leaders. They will be better equipped to facilitate the transformation, providing guidance to their teams and removing those obstacles that impede execution of the implementation plan.
Launching the Lean Initiative will teach your team techniques to ensure that Lean projects are adequately supported and to ensure that activities are completed on time and the results achieved. Participants will also learn which metrics drive Lean behavior, and how to measure these behaviors at various levels of the organization to drive bottom line results.
