Introductory Lean Solutions are targeted at companies that have either not yet started their Lean journeys, or have just begun learning about Lean. These workshops represent an introduction to Lean manufacturing, and the other applications of Lean.
Launching
the Lean Initiative (Three Days)
Not actually a separate topic, this workshop focuses on manager training by combining three workshops important for senior managers at the start of their Lean journey. Lean Principles are taught on the first day, Leading the Lean Transformation is covered on day 2, and the third day is spent learning Lean Performance Measures.
Lean Executive Overview (Half Day)
It is critical to have the support of your Senior Management team throughout the Lean transformation. This half-day workshop will educate your Executive team on the importance of Lean as a business initiative and demonstrate how they can best support the team.

Principles (One Day)
Ideal for all employees, this workshop gives an introduction to Lean principles and demonstrates how Lean can improve your company’s effectiveness through better inventory management, improved productivity, and reduced lead times.
